Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be as it was when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin returning items, you can contact us at vicki_wong88@163.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that have not been returned will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please check upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exception/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your particular project, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.

A refund

Once we have received and examined your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your original payment terms within 7-15 working days. Keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
